In the first year of kids piano lessons, your child will:

Play 35–50 pieces across a wide range of musical genres, including contemporary, classical, blues, and jazz.
Learn to accompany other musicians, fostering teamwork and listening skills.
Establish a strong musical foundation, developing both hands-on and cognitive skills.
Begin to improvise and compose their own music, sparking creativity and self-expression.
Prepare to begin reading music, setting the stage for lifelong musical learning.

While traditional approaches require that you begin to read music before playing music, the Simply Music approach focuses on guiding you to play the piano in your first lesson.
