Jungle Beat Summer Music Camp June 22-26

This summer, let your child explore the joy of music with our engaging and creative camp! Our Jungle Beat Summer Camp Program offers a playful introduction to singing, movement, and instrument exploration in a fun, hands-on environment. Camp ends with a final performance showcasing what our students learned.

Each day is thoughtfully designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and develop musical abilities through interactive, play-based learning. Spots are limited—don’t miss out on this summer’s musical, jungle adventure! Early bird pricing available through April 15th!

Capacity: 12 Students

Get ready for a jungle-themed week filled with rhythm, creativity, and fun! Campers will sing, dance, and explore instruments like xylophones, metallophones, glockenspiels, and un-pitched percussion instruments.

Through movement, storytelling, and creative play, students will build a strong foundation in music fundamentals, including beginning notation and group performance. We’ll dive into the orchestra’s amazing instruments and the brilliant composers behind the music—discovering sounds, stories, and a whole lot of fun!

No prior musical experience is needed—just a love for fun! The week wraps up on Friday with a short performance where campers share what they’ve learned from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM.

Immersive Learning + Play

We’ll explore the animals and sounds of the jungle, gaining an appreciation for the music made by the natural world along the way. Music made with quality instruments, not toys, will become our medium for storytelling as we dive into tales of crunching caterpillars and mischievous monkeys. If we keep our eyes peeled, we may even get a peek at the jungle’s more elusive inhabitants, like bats and spiders!

Campers will experience curriculum from the award-winning program "Music Rhapsody" developed by internationally renowned music educator Lynn Kleiner. Based upon the proven “Orff Schulwerk” methodology, which blends music, speech, movement, and drama, your camper will be immersed into music they will love. Diving right into real music keeps attention while providing a structured environment for them to learn.

Our staff members are thoroughly vetted, background-checked, and trained to maintain a secure and supportive environment. We also take extra care to ensure privacy during bathroom breaks. With these measures in place, your child can focus on having fun, making friends, and exploring the joy of music!
